SCA Standards

On Water Test
Dynamic on water testing in harsh coastal conditions. Mounted to a test vessel to evaluate its performance in rough sea states. 

Corrosion Test
100-hours of a special formula salt spray that simulates accelerated marine environmental effects on the product.

IP Test
Water and dust protection under test laboratory conditions to international IP standards. We test between IPX4 (waterjet) and IP68 (submersion).

Material Test
Positive Material Identification (PMI) ensures consistent quality of 316 Stainless Steel and Aluminium products. This controls strength and environmental performance. 

Impact Test
Drop tests to assess the impact of items falling onto our products and ensure they can withstand impacts while being used as intended. 

Cable Bend Test
Electrical products are bolted into a specially designed automated jig to mechanically bend the cable -45° to +45° for 3000 cycles. This ensures cables will not fail even after prolonged use. 

Cable Twist Test
Electrical products are bolted into a specially designed automated jig to mechanically twist the cable -45° to +45° for 3000 cycles. This ensures cables will not fail even after prolonged use. 

Thermal Chamber Test
Laboratory chamber running from -40°C (-40°F) to +85°C (185°F) and back to -40°C (-40°F) for 120 cycles, this accelerates material ageing to simulate real world environment. 

Accelerated UV Material Test
We accelerate the effects of UV exposure to replicate our products usage in extreme tropical climates. We do this to ensure parts do not become brittle, discolour or fail over time. 

Temperature Chamber Test
Product placed in a laboratory chamber at high temperatures to ensure our products continue to perform as designed.

Humidity Chamber Test
Similar to our brutal SCA Thermal Chamber Test, but we’ve added humidity to make it even more punishing.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

2.5M (8ft) Hose

or optional 3.6M (12ft) hose

When inflating a paddleboard on a boat, the most stable location for the pump is usually on the deck or another flat surface. However, this location may not be close enough to the paddleboard to allow for easy inflation if the hose is too short. A longer hose can help to bridge this distance, allowing you to move the pump away. 

6 x Hose Attachments

Supplied with 6 different adapters including; Boston Valve, C7 Valve, H3/HR Valve, Pinch Valves, and 805 Valve. You have everything you need to inflate and deflate your toys with ease, no matter what type of valve it has.

SUN COVER

Supplied with a heavy-duty sun cover, ATMOS is protected against the long-term damaging effects of the sun, salt, and other elements. It comes fitted as standard with a black cover, with white available as an accessory. With our sun cover, you'll be able to keep your ATMOS looking its best for longer. 

The Design

  • THE BACK

    Easily integrate ATMOS into your boat with its compact and shallow design. The versatile airstation can be installed in a variety of locations, including seating, consoles, or by the swim platform, making it convenient and accessible wherever it's needed. Easily installed into any panel using 10 self-tapping screws, with a foam gasket included to ensure a secure and waterproof fit. 

  • THE FRONT

    Take control with our Soft Touch TPE buttons and cutting-edge LCD display. Specially crafted for the challenging marine environment, the buttons feature a non-slip texture that provides a tactile surface, even with wet hands and the bright, wide viewing angle display means you can have a great view from any place on the boat, even on the brightest days. The display also features a helpful Live Voltage readout, so you can easily keep track of your boat's battery health.

  • THE SIDE

    The minimum cavity depth required is 110mm/4.33", and it can be installed at an angle ranging from +10º to -30º from vertical. The power cable length is 500mm (20”) with a wire gauge of 2.0mm2 (14 AWG), please note that there are no end-user serviceable parts.

Innovative Two-Stage Pump

ATMOS with Brushless Technology - Unleash the power, efficiency, and reliability of our innovative two-stage pump system designed to meet the rugged demands of the marine environment.The first stage features a highly efficient fan motor, followed by a robust piston pump, both designed specifically for the rugged demands of the marine environment. ATMOS, combines both pumps into one waterproof, easy-to-use onboard air station, automatically switching at 1.1PSI from the HVLP to the HPLV pump.

Stage 1: High-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) Designed to move large volumes of air with minimal pressure. They are typically used for inflating larger inflatable objects like kayaks, large tubes and bathing platforms as they can quickly inflate the object to the desired pressure.

Stage 2: High-pressure, low-volume (HPLV)Designed to generate a high level of pressure with a low volume of air. Perfect for inflating smaller toys like SUPs, inflatable kayaks, and tubes that require a higher level of pressure for optimum performance.
