Will every USB-C port charge at the same speed?
Check the output and supported charging protocols for the exact model, your supply voltage and the connected device. When more than one port is used, check any shared output limit. A USB-C connector alone does not specify charging speed.
Will wireless charging work with my phone and case?
Check that your phone supports the charging technology used by the chosen model. Confirm device size, case thickness, magnetic requirements where relevant, and the position needed for charging. Do not assume every phone or case is compatible.
Is TILE the same as wireless charging?
TILE is an interior USB socket range. Your device connects by cable. Choose the port combination and finish that suit your installation, then check the model requirements.
Can every charging product be fitted outdoors?
Choose a model intended for your installation location. Weather protection and installation conditions vary by product and may depend on a lid position. Use the exact product documentation; do not assume an interior socket has the same protection as an outdoor model.
Can I fit it myself?
Read the model instructions and check the supply, fuse requirements, cable specification and mounting location. If you are unsure about the electrical work or local requirements, use an appropriately qualified installer.
