The premium sealing toilet
The LooSeal ELITE is a true all-rounder. The toilet uses advanced sealing technology where each use – whether solid or liquid – is immediately sealed airtight and leak-proof in a separate foil bag. The foil is drawn from an easy-to-change “foil liner” designed for numerous uses. This system completely eliminates odours and makes on-the-go toilet use more hygienic than ever before.
Very hygienic
The sealing toilet system originally comes from the clinical or care environment in Japan and is considered the most hygienic toilet solution. All contents are automatically sealed airtight, and there is no contact with the bag's contents after the sealing process. Cleaning is also eliminated thanks to the self-regenerating or self-replenishing liner foil.
Easy Installation
The LooSeal® ELITE has an integrated 55,5Wh lithium-ion battery and is still relatively light at 9.7kg. The battery allows up to 100 seals per charge and makes the toilet independent of fixed power connections. Therefore, only a thin 12V or 24V cable is needed for installation, which automatically recharges the battery when required. The LooSeal ELITE can be easily screwed to the floor with 4 screws. No water connection, no ventilation, no wall installations, and no disposal flap are necessary!
Universal Disposal
Not only can waste be hygienically sealed in the LooSeal ELITE. Other items, such as diapers, food scraps, feminine hygiene products, and even any liquids can be sealed hygienically and odor-free. The bags are simply disposed of in general waste.
Premium Features
The LooSeal ELITE is waterproof (IPX4 standard) and can be easily installed in wet rooms or directly in the shower. Additionally, the swivel toilet head allows installation even in difficult and tight spaces. A flexible silicone collection tray offers storage for up to 6 bags. The toilet lid and seat are easily removable if needed. Optional slim lids and L-adapters even allow installation directly in room corners and as a replacement for existing cassette toilets.
Maintenance-Free
The LooSeal ELITE is completely maintenance-free. The robust PP construction (load capacity 150kg) and high-quality components, such as the Teflon tapes of the sealing unit (min. 20,000 cycles), guarantee durability and freedom from maintenance. The battery also has a lifespan of well over 10 years with 800-1000 charging cycles and can then be easily replaced if necessary.
Environmentally Friendly
All waste in the LooSeal ELITE is sealed in a special liner foil. The white liner foil (liner for short) made of bioplastic is specially developed for toilet use and is predominantly derived from CO2. Unlike conventional foils, the material dissolves after a few years, not centuries. A single liner is sufficient for up to 70 toilet uses and thus saves up to 160 liters of water.

Installation:
Installing the LooSeal ELITE is incredibly simple! First, the toilet should be placed in the room unfastened for testing. This allows the ideal position and orientation to be determined. In particular, the toilet head, which can swivel 90° in both directions, should also be considered here.
Once the ideal position is determined, a decision must be made whether the cable routing from the toilet should go downwards into a subfloor or towards the rear. The cable is routed downwards by default. If you want to route the cable towards the rear instead, a corresponding hole must be drilled at the designated spot. The cable can then be passed through here. Please ensure to seal this newly created opening to prevent water and water vapor from entering the toilet!
Now the toilet can be firmly screwed to the floor. Use either the 4 supplied screws for wooden constructions or alternative screws as described in the manual.
In the final step, the LooSeal ELITE is connected to the onboard power system or a 12V or 24V power source. The line should be fused with 2A and serves to keep the integrated battery always at an optimal charge level. The cable is supplied as standard with a Würth connector 055510022 and ideally requires a matching counterpart for the supply line (Würth 055510023). If this counterpart is not available, the supplied connector can also be simply removed and the open wires used. In this case, please be sure to check the correct polarity of the plus and minus poles.
Optional supplementary products are available for installation. A slim lid, for example, allows installation directly in room corners or in positions where, for instance, a washbasin would obstruct the opening of the standard lid. However, the slim lid is not waterproof, and the toilet must then always be protected and covered against running water.
Various L-adapters are also available. These make replacing existing cassette toilets very easy. An L-adapter conceals both the floor opening and the wall opening of the toilets to be replaced. The positioning of the toilet on the L-adapter is perfectly pre-configured.
Using the LooSeal ELITE:
Operating the LooSeal ELITE is simple and always the same.
Step 1 - Preparation
To use the sealing toilet, only the battery needs to be charged and the liner inserted. The liner is now hermetically sealed for the first time by a sealing process, and the toilet can be used for 100 (battery) or up to 70 (liner) uses. 1 liner is sufficient for 35 standard bags or 70 small bags.
Step 2 - Usage
Now the LooSeal ELITE can be used. The toilet is awakened from sleep mode by pressing the power button. Now, a packet of Super-Absorber is simply opened beforehand and poured into the toilet opening to absorb liquids and thus provide additional safety and odor absorption. The toilet lid and the sliding door should now be closed. After using the toilet, press the yellow start button for 2 seconds to start the sealing process, similar to flushing. This creates a standard-sized bag. For a small bag, simply press the red and yellow buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds.
Step 3 - Fully Automatic Sealing Process
After pressing the start button, everything else runs automatically. All waste is securely sealed in the liner foil, completely odor-free and without water. The process takes about 2 minutes, and the foil lining for the next toilet use renews itself automatically. Once the process is complete, a beep is heard, and the sealing toilet is ready for the next use.
Step 4 - Disposal
As a result, a securely sealed bag is dispensed into the collection tray. The collection tray offers space for 3-4 standard bags or 5-6 small bags. The collection tray should be emptied at regular intervals to avoid a foil jam.
LooSeal Coagulant:
Only 1-2 products are needed as consumables - depending on the application.
1) Super Absorber: For smaller toilet uses, the LooSeal® Bio-Super-Absorber can be used to absorb liquids. It transforms liquids into a gel and provides additional leakage and odor protection. The Super-Absorber is optional, but we highly recommend its use!
2) Liner: A fresh liner lasts for about 35-70 toilet uses, depending on bag size, and automatically re-lines the toilet each time. Waste and toilet refuse are hygienically sealed in a bioplastic liner foil. Important: As the liner foil is a special material combination precisely matched to the sealing unit of the LooSeal ELITE, only original liners should be used.
3) Spare parts and wear parts. The LooSeal ELITE is maintenance-free and therefore does not require any spare or wear parts to be carried on longer trips. For example, the Teflon tape used for sealing has a life expectancy of at least 20,000 applications.

Environmental Compatibility in Comparison:
Compared to conventional chemical toilets, the LooSeal ELITE is more environmentally friendly in all important aspects. No chemicals are needed for toilet use that could enter the environment. Sewage treatment plants are relieved by simpler disposal in general waste. The foil used is also made from a CO2-derived bioplastic and consumes only a few grams of material per toilet use. Additionally, the LooSeal ELITE consumes significantly less water than a chemical toilet or macerator toilet!
